Hello. Hi,I think the new firmare has solved it. it's now encoding alot faster. I'm very impressed with AnyDVD trial, is there any software that does the same for free/ any way of getting ANY DVD for free? i'm 14 in the UK so i cant really afford the ANY DVD price!Thanks all for your marvellous help - No doubt i'll be back again some time!Much appreciated, thanks again
