Why: To promote human rights, make changes in the world, and have fun
At this conference you will learn more about Amnesty International and what it does, how it strives to better the world, and how individuals can take part in the change.
Out of the conference, our BCA students had fun shopping, swimming in the pool, dining in cool places, and through other many things!

Girl Soldier
Hear Grace Akallo, author of GIRL SOLDIER speak about decades of brutal armies of rebels raiding villages in northern Uganda, kidnapping children and turning them into soldiers or wives of commanders. More than 30,000 children have been abducted over the last twenty years. Grace Akallo was one of these. Her story recounts her terrifying experience.
