AI Embassy Dash (October 21, 2008)

Join the annual Amnesty International Embassy Dash -- 192 Embassy Visits in 192 Minutes!!!

In the past, Amnesty volunteers have run to deliver messages to all of the United Nations' embassies in a blitzfrieden operation (yes, Leon Ratz, BCA alumnus, actually ran over 100 blocks one year).

This year, they're challenging the volunteers to race in rickshaws (see image: http://larrygassan.com/BP50k_03/DD-Rickshaw.jpg)

We are looking for 3-5 volunteers from BCA. You will need to arrive at the AIUSA headquarters in midtown Manhattan no later than 7:45 a.m.; the race will end at noon (and then there will be a pizza party somewhere nearby).
